I'm having the following issue Wich I find to be very weird. When uploading videos larger than 15s to Instagram the ,2nd half always fail ; I mean the video doesn't get upload just shows an error saying it can't upload.

I'm uploading an screenshot of the error. There are no additional details, just this unfortunately. On WhatsApp I've problems downloading splitted videos ; the 2nd half won't download also - but this doesn't bother me as much as Instagram does. Any input is appreciated Thanks!

Junior Member. Thanks Meter : 0. However, it must be clarified that Instagram had nothing to do with the addition of these filters; the move is most likely an indication of what's to come. According to Inside Facebook, the filters were created by an engineer at an internal hackathon.
It's interesting that the update came out first on the Every Phones app, which is a Facebook application that works on Java- based phones.
